Bug 40062: use main branch

Update TBBTestSuite/TestSuite/TorBrowserBuild.pm to follow the main branch from tor-browser-build.

At the same time we also update tools/pull to pull from the main branch by default (although we don't currently use this script).

This also includes !23 (merged).
