Amend about:tor on Nightly and Alpha to encourage testing

I think there are two good reasons to amend about:tor with some kind of warning/encouragement to test and report bugs on Nighty and Alpha:

• Providing a prominent link to the Alpha Feedback section on the Tor forum will hopefully encourage greater testing and reporting of issues.
• Some users have started using Alpha for regular browser after running into an issue with Stable, and we should ensure these users are appropriately warned of the risks of using unstable versions of Tor Browser for any purpose other than testing.

@richard What do you think about using the banner-space to do this on Nightly and Alpha? Exact copy TBC, but something like this:

Very tempted to replace "Explore. Privately." with "Test. Thoroughly." too :3
