Change Description

Drop the modification to eslint-plugin-mozilla, which seems unnecessary.

How Tested

Ran

./mach lint toolkit/components/torconnect/

and for all the places that include a chrome://global/content/torconnect/ path

./mach lint browser/base/content/browser.js browser/base/content/browser.xhtml browser/components/torpreferences/content/torPreferences.css browser/base/content/navigator-toolbox.inc.xhtml

and both passed.
