Change Description

1. Switched to using lh unit to center-align the "bullet" icons used for the Lox update area.
2. Fixed a layout quirk by switching ::before icon display from block to grid.
3. Added 8px vertical spacing between items in the Lox update area to account for the loss of the line-height: 1.8 rule. Should have done this in !1099 (merged).

How Tested

Lox is still hard to spoof. I basically hacked around in the page console to show the Lox display.
