Change Description

The ESR-115 counterpart to !1156 (merged). This patch did not (unsurprisingly) apply cleanly, but the errors were resolvable. I didn't bother porting over the tests as it only adds noise to the MR. I've left comments in the source where the backported code differs significantly from upstream.

How Tested

(nevermind our broken chrome fonts, our build-scripts are a bit janky for local release channel dev builds)
