Change Description
Regarding the upstream changes mentioned in #42746 (closed). In general I think we should stick to the firefox theme whenever either prefers-contrast
or forced-colors
is present. And only add our Tor theme when they aren't present.
So I extended our existing prefers-contrast
rules to include forced-colors
. I also added a border around #tor-check
to stand out with forced-colors
.
NOTE: We likely need these kind of rules in a few other places, but I'm opening a different issue for that.
How Tested
Ran my dev build with TOR_SKIP_LAUNCH=1
environment to see the #tor-check
box. Adjusted my desktop theme (GNOME) to be high contrast. Also adjusted the website colors in "Languages and Appearances, Manage Colors" to induce forced colors for content pages.
