Change Description

Reverted to non-builtin installation, taking in account API changes and the special "bundled" status of NoScript, allowing for other extensions to be treated the same in the future if we decide so.

Verified that on first run after installation NoScript 11.4.35 gets installed, it's available in the extensions list, cannot be disabled, has no remove nor report button, gets immediately updated to version 11.4.37, works as expected.
