Change Description

On android it seems quite likely that the user will change their app locale in their first session. Which is also when they are most likely to pass through connect assist.

Therefore, we want TorConnect.countryNames to change with the app locale.

We also rename TorConnect.countryNames to be TorConnect.regionNames to be more accurate.

How Tested

Only tested on desktop, but I assumed that intl:app-locales-changed is fired when the android locale changes.

Set intl.multilingual.liveReload to true and changed the app locale mid session. TorConnect.regionNames changes.

Also made sure that about:torconnect still gets the list of locations.
