Change Description

Rework of the "Unblock the internet in:" dropdown menu using compose to include frequent regions.

How Tested

Launch app, add simulated censorship, attempt to connect to tor, see dropdown menu, tap on it, see new drop down UI, interact with it and generally try to break it.
