fixup! Bug 27476: Implement about:torconnect captive portal within Tor Browser
Fixes #40480 (closed)
Connect button if now focused, and also polished and fixed some of the surrounding related css:
- focus style overridden to match our theme
- fixed checkbox colors in darkmode (was black on dark)
