Change Description

Implements YEC 2025. This is split into three commits:

1. Strings we want to keep for next year as well ("Close" and "Donate").
2. Adding the YEC banner to about:tor. We expect to keep some of these rules for next year. We also unify the approach for our YEC banner and our last survey.
3. Adding 2025-specific assets. The YEC 2025 strings, the YEC image and the font file and license. This commit also sets the YEC start and end date. The idea being that once YEC is over, we can simply drop only this commit.
