Draft: Bug 40684: Misc UI bugs in 11.0a10
update:
- onion-location font weight
- identity-block svgs
- broken hover logic in about:tor to access the onboarding menu
- protonified circuit display ui tour
- removed now unused tor-watermark.png
- replaced torconnect's svgs with the new identity-block versions (which fix transparency issues)
