Bug 41163: Fixing loading of bundled fonts on linux

As per @thorin 's note at #41163 (comment 2832386)

I've changed the visibility level of resistFingerprinting to 3 on Linux and it works for me. Thorin's font's page all loads too

How ever I'm very not familiar with the over all font and RFP system so I'm not very confident yet if this has other side effects we don't want.
