Bug 41420: Fix branding strings

Fix a few things:

  • brand.dtd is English only on Firefox, so we keep it English-only also in Tor Browser (should not be a problem, because brand.dtd should not be used anymore, and we have an @override in Torbutton's jar.mn)
  • remove brand.ftl as suggested by @henry
  • improved consistency between the various brand.dtd and brand.properties

I haven't done anything to Aurora because we don't use it.
