Change Description

Reverted changes to browser/themes/shared/identity-block/identity-block.css from upstream:

• Identity icon for internal pages uses icon16.png or icon32.png rather than identity-icons-brand.svg.
• No longer apply --tor-branding-color to the text.

As such, we also remove unused tor-styles.css and identity-icons-brand.svg.

How Tested

Open "about:preferences" and notice that the identity icon uses the new icons and the "Tor Browser" text has has no applied color.
