Change Description

We make sure the focus outline has a 2px offset from the text. And we stop stretching element's in their parent's flex or grid layouts.

Also make the "N days until you unlock:" text semantically a heading for its own section.

How Tested

In the "Add new bridges" dialog. If you press Enter with a keyboard to close the dialog, the "Your bridges" heading should be focused.

If you activate "Remove all bridges" with a keyboard, then "Bridges" heading should be focused.

If you activate "Got it" in the lox upgrade alert, then "N days until you unlock" should be focused. I used the fake Lox module to set this up, and calling some internals directly from the console.
