Merging

Change Description

We stick closer to the neterror markup and styling provided by mozilla, dropping most of our previous additions.

We also drop the "long descriptions" for the errors.

Also changed "Authorization Required" title to "Authentication required" to match the language of the other strings shown for authentication.

How Tested

I was only able to test the onionsite authentication and invalid onion address errors. Not sure of any addresses that could trigger the other errors.

Also checked badssl.com to make sure some of the mozilla neterror pages still show correctly.
