Manual bridge support

When a user cannot connect to Tor due to censorship, the built-in bridges don’t work and requesting a bridge does not work. The user then should be able to find alternative bridge lines and configure them manually. If the user has a bridge line in text format, they should be able to enter the text string in the Tor app manually.
