Group quickstart, killswitch & tor logs into “Connection” section

Hey @cyberta, regarding !17 (merged) & !18 (merged) – can you group these settings together with Tor logs into a new settings section called “Connection” please? i.e.

The placeholder icon for the new section is wifi_tethering (rounded).

Don’t worry about the color changes you can see here – we’re still working on the final color system here: tpo/web/styleguide#19 (closed).
