fix overflowing text in download/upload stats and app routing summary on main screen

I'll open other issues for the other strings I found - and merge this improvement (tested).

@micah @emmapeel what's your take on rtl support? It would be some work because there are several issues, but is this for a next follow-up project or within this pre-alpha/101?

rtl would be a nice to have, but not something we can do by our current end of month deadline, so it will have to be a follow-up issue.
