exit node selection

This MR covers only the UI logic. What's missing is wiring the (yet missing exit node selection API in onionmasq). The shown list contains dummy items. Another shortcoming of the MR is the padding between the exit node selection button and the connect action button. This will be fixed with #96 (closed) where we refine the connect action button.

oh and the country flag vector graphics can be replaced with whatever @donuts suggests.
