Change name of zh-TW locale

Our translator @kishinsagi has reported that the name we use for the Chinese (Taiwan) locale is not nice:

"change the name for Traditional Chinese to 正體中文, instead of 正體字"

I have checked around with Localization Lab and others and everybody seems to agree, so I will do that.

@emmapeel Thank you for posting this issue. But what I said to you in OFTC IRC at the time was "some issues about zh-hant", the meaning of this sentence is "some issues about traditional Chinese", and that variant of Chinese characters is more commonly used by people in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. So I specify that the name of the language to be changed to 正體中文 is Chinese (Taiwan).

A few days ago Localization Lab organized this discussion about the difference between simplified and traditional Chinese, I believe you saw it, but may have misunderstood the results of our discussion.

Furthermore, Mozilla's localization platform Pontoon has relevant strings about zh-HK and zh-TW language code you can use for reference.

Please change the title of this issue to "Change name of zh-TW locale" which should be correct.

Unfortunately in Tor Browser we take the name from Firefox, so we cannot change it there. But there is a parallel process of changing it there, so they will probably change it in the future.
