CI: shadow ci: reproducibility improvements and notes

  • Update integration-e2e-shadow for compatibility with newer shadow
  • Bump to a newer shadow version with a determinism fix.
  • Add a command-line option to the shadow CI scripts to run with specified simulation seed.
  • Add documentation re what to expect wrt reproducibility and how to use the simulation seed to reproduce behaviors.
