only the bootstrap progress and "ready_for_traffic" flag are exposed to the API so far. Blocking states and corresponding error messages will be implemented in a subsequent MR.
Interestingly the progress never reaches 100%, instead 42 is reported as success state in arti/onionmasq-tunnel
