Bug: connection_edge_send_command failed while sending a SENDME. Circuit probably closed, skipping. at 0.4.5.0-alpha-dev 228ac47c)

The plat below happened today for the first time after few days of running this Git version:

Sep 29 15:10:52.000 [warn] sendme_connection_edge_consider_sending(): Bug: connection_edge_send_command failed while sending a SENDME. Circuit probably closed, skipping. (on Tor 0.4.5.0-alpha-dev 228ac47c2cc2625e)

at the relay 63BF46A63F9C21FD315CD061B3EAA3EB05283A0A.

FWIW this happened when the relay was under pressure from inbound traffic of about 1 GBit/sec for half an hour (outbound has a mean of about 500-600 MBit/sec all the time)
