CI: Remove travis.yml and add .gitlab.yml

juga requested to merge juga/exitmap:issue20 into main

to be able to run the tests in our TPO Gitlab. There is no need to update the coverage report to coveralls, since it's shown in the pipeline. This avoids having to have token for coveralls. Removed deperecated Python versions and added new stable ones
