Once we have at least sbws#40130 (closed) ready we should release a new sbws version, 1.6 with it.

1. sbws#40152 (closed)
2. go over current code again and prep for release (we are running some custom, not-fully reviewed/merged code on longclaw at the moment)

3. #285 (closed). We should likely test running what is supposed to become 1.6 on longclaw after #285 (closed) is fixed to see a) how 1.6 would behave under real conditions and b) what happens to the other bw auths still on sbws < 1.6 if we set that consensus parameter to 2. Might still be bugs lurking here... :)
