Users are not receiving confirmation emails after subscribing to the newsletter

We have received complaints from users on the frontdesk that they didn't receive a confirmation email after subscribing to the newsletter even after repeated attempts at subscribing. The users reporting the issue are using the following email service providers: @hotmail.com, @yahoo.ca
