jenkins irc bot is getting meta

At some point last week (around 2021-03-11), Jenkins IRC messages went from looking like this:

2021-03-11 11:17:30 <+nsa> or: [jenkins] lektor-website-community-translation-translation#1537: Still Failing: https://jenkins.torproject.org/job/lektor-website-community-translation-translation/1537/

to this:

2021-03-11 11:48:25 <+nsa> or: [jenkins] $PROJECT_NAME#$BUILD_NUMBER: $BUILD_STATUS: $BUILD_URL

Not sure what happened there, but clearly something broke. :)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
