tb-build-04 not running apache or puppet
Nagios started complaining that it couldn't reach tb-build-04 via http or https. I took a look, and the apache2 binary is missing from /usr/sbin. find / -type f -name apache2
also turned up nothing. Puppet is disabled
$ cat `puppet agent --configprint agent_disabled_lockfile`
cat: /var/lib/puppet/state/agent_disabled.lock: No such file or directory
And logging in over SSH tells me

Update the SSHFP RR in DNS with the new host key to get rid of this message.
So it sounds like something might've gone wrong with tb-build-04.
