Update juga's OpenPGP key in LDAP
Because of #41281, i've tried to do the next step sending an encrypted and signed email to changes@db.tpo. I get as answer:

Error: Unable to check the signature or the signature was invalid:
==> <class 'userdir_ldap.exceptions.UDFormatError'>: UDFormatError: Signing key (4C8F909764A31421, ) has expired.
So i guess the signing subkey is not updated in LDAP, and maybe that also causes #41281?.
Please, could you update my key (the same as usual)?. Thanks!
