RT spam-filtered an important email
This person is displeased because he thinks he canceled his large monthly donation, but got charged again:

But there isn't any ticket in which he made such a request - and the present ticket got moved to the spam queue:
Ticket did not pass DMARC verification, moved to spam queue.
It's inconvenient to miss an email such as this. I assume this occurred because this person's email setup is messed up, but I also have to ask if our spam filter is tuned correctly, or if this message - and probably its predecessor - should have come through?
