Please create a RT user for micah
It has happened a few times now that things come into RT and then people ask me to look at them, but I cannot because I have no RT access. They then forward the contents of the ticket to me, which usually works, but sometimes I need to look at the raw source of the email, and I have to have an intermediary to update the ticket for me.
Seems like I should have one of those RT accounts, and I'm not sure how to get one, but I suspect you fine folks can help me out?
