Establish the roadmap for the next year. Last time this was tracked in individual tickets, but I figured I would try for a roadmap this time. Previously: #40105 (closed), #40106 (closed), #40061 (closed).

The roadmap should be built with major milestones such as this one that can regroup multiple tasks and tickets.
