We desperately need linting here.. :(

The "debugging things" title wasn't great, and we use
"troubleshooting" elsewhere anyways.

Also add headings to make this long section a bit more readable.

Some pages have so little documentation that the service template
would basically be empty

The "Before it all starts" section wasn't very clear in its purpose
and scope, merge it with the "File layout" section.
