 * ADD a SEE ALSO pointer in the "Getting added to an existing group/Getting
   access to a specific host" section to the "Host specific passwords"
   section.

 * We don't *actually* want to email changes@db.debian.org, as funny as it
   would be every time a new Tor developer did it.

 * ADD warning to other devs about the wild goose change that is
   changes@db.tpo.
