Feat: provide translatable service name

Silvio Rhatto requested to merge rhatto/translation:fix/onion-support-landing-page-service-name into onion-support-landing-page

The [Service Name] placeholder is used during compilation time to apply the LEKTOR_SERVICE_NAME environment variable, or it's localized version like LEKTOR_SERVICE_NAME_FR.

If this text is translated then the substitution is not applied.
