Localize the version string of the about dialog.

Pier Angelo Vendrame requested to merge pierov/translation:about-version-string into base-browser

The (based on Mozilla Firefox ...) string was hardcoded in English. We fixed that in tpo/applications/tor-browser#41528 (closed), so we need a new string that needs to be translated.

The considerations about the Mozilla Firefox brand have been taken from browser/branding/official/locales/en-US/brand.ftl (from Firefox's source code).
