Conduct tree testing of the new support-dot menu

Earlier this year, the 2024 Privacy Resilience Grantees conducted a card sorting study based on the content housed in the current support portal. The results of this study can be found here: #8 (closed).

As part of the redesign of the support portal happening in tpo/web/support#367 (closed), we intend to make two significant changes to the support portal's site structure in addition to the feedback received as a result of the card sort:

  1. Split the support portal into sub-sections for each product, tool and project.
  2. Fold the Tor Browser User Manual into the resulting Tor Browser section, with the intent to maintain a single resource moving forward.

After a new site structure has been drafted for the support portal, we should conduct a tree testing study with end users to evaluate its effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
