We've logged a lot of tickets and reports regarding the Sponsor 9 project. However to help track what feedback has made its way into product and plan for future improvements in #20 (closed), it would be useful to have a raw list of all user feedback grouped by frequency, platform and anything else that's applicable.
I'm thinking just a big table that can be dropped into this ticket?

I thought about linking all issues and reports by using Linked issues as well. But I also think that some reports might not be tracked in any issues at the moment. Anyway, I can do both (linking and a creating a table/spreadsheet for this).
So, initially the idea was to create a major list with S9 feedback. I created a file with a tab for S9, S30 and S101 (separately) so we can keep track of any user feedback from these projects - and removed the relation with s9 from this ticket.
This is on our folder User Research/Nextcloud.
Hey @duncan, unfortunately, we don't have much user feedback on the uses of Tor Browser and other products for this specific sponsor. In the past year, most of our efforts were to try to understand users challenge during the pandemic. However, I gathered what we worked on the link above - including feedback from other sponsors.
For next year, we can adapt our interviews to include user feedback on some products for S9.
