new guard/middle setup guide: Void Linux

by merging this request we:

  • add Void Linux to the list of "Guard/Middle Relay Guides";
  • keep up with previous efforts of adding consistency to all relay setup guides;
    • pretty much synced from code and PoC that originated #165
  • let the key: empty for now
    • same as GITHUB#163 and GITHUB#164

ending here our sprint to add consistency to our "Relay Setup" guides (including bridges); mostly came from GITHUB#23 and we shall pretty much fix it

the "automatic software updates" section for ALL guides is cooking; more to come. we managed to sharp and keep a better formatting on following PR:

  • GITHUB#162
