review CollecTor metrics

The bridgestrap metrics still look broken and I didn't seem to fix them with #18 (closed). Two things look weird to me:

• In the last few days no bridge appear as functional
• The same bridge appears many times, I believe bridge tests happen once every 18 hours and recurrent manual tests should hit the cache and don't produce entries on the metrics.
