Bundling a couple fixes.

  • The first is a straight revert of the v2 onion deprecatation banner patch.
  • The second fixes a bad UX issue where we continue hiding some browser elements after bootstrap if the app was in the background when bootstrapping completed
  • The third continues disabling Nimbus (Mozilla's experiments platform)
