Change Description

Carrying over from !1064 (closed) I squashed in https://gitlab.torproject.org/dan/tor-browser/-/tree/tor-browser-128.0esr-14.0-2-android-squash?ref_type=heads and then rebased to 128.1 (and dropped the empty yec 2023 commit as it was annoying)
