Change Description

We switch our strings to use lower case "n" for "Tor network".

On weblate this should just update the source string, but the old translations will remain in place.

We also drop the unused android strings: preferences_tor_network_settings, tor_bootstrap_quick_start_disabled and tor_bootstrap_quick_start_enabled.

How Tested

Only checked about:torconnect and about:preferences#connection on desktop.
