Is the apps toggle on the Connect tab a linkability footgun?

Early on in the project, Mike expressed a concern that we may repeat some of the previous mistakes we made with the Tor Browser Bundle by (re)introducing a Tor button – which would be a likability vector when Tor is toggled on/off.

The toggle that accompanies the Apps card on the Connect tab may be an example of this. My concern is that should a user run into an issue with a particular app not working over Tor, the Tor VPN's current UX makes it more convenient to simply toggle all apps off from the Connect tab, instead of digging out the individual app from the Apps menu.

We may want to consider removing the toggle from the Apps card on the Connect tab entirely, or replace it with a new-circuit button instead as per this comment: #106 (comment 3001666)
