Development of a methodology for assessing PT designs
Tor will create a methodology for assessing PT designs, which will evaluate a range of features, including but not limited to, code license, maturity, and vulnerability to censor detection.
Deliverable: Pluggable Transports Evaluation Criteria
Developing a roadmap and documentation for how new PTs get considered for integration to Tor Browser and/or obfs4proxy
Tor will provide a roadmap template, document, and clarify the process for new PTs to be considered for integration into the PTs Tor Browser Bundle and/or obfs4proxy
Deliverable: Guidelines for deploying Pluggable Transports on Tor Browser
