SQL error when creating Array (Texts) question in LimeSurvey
I'm really sorry to report another problem with LimeSurvey, this time for tpo/ux/research#8 (closed).
When creating a question of type Array (Texts), I get the following error message and I'm unable to save the question.
To reproduce:

Visit https://survey.torproject.org/index.php/questionAdministration/view?surveyid=168241&gid=100&qid=1483.

Click Edit

Click on the + button at the end of the list of groups on the Y-scale.

Click Save.
Deleting a group works fine. It's adding a new group that triggers the error.
Fortunately, I was able to create this question fine by importing the survey from another instance, so it's not a strict blocker for tpo/ux/research#8 (closed). Just quite impractical.
