It's now the default of the reboot script, with its reverse (no-ganeti-migrate-back) now available. We don't document that option because we can't think of any situation where we would not want to migrate back the instances, other than an evacuation, but then that would typically not be a reboot anyway.

This was done (painfully) with: pandoc --from markdown --to commonmark+sm art --reference-links --reference-location=section ~/wikis/help.torproje ct.org/policy/tpa-rfc-33-monitoring.md | sponge ~/wikis/help.torproject.o rg/policy/tpa-rfc-33-monitoring.md ... *and* with Pandoc 3.x, from Debian 13/trixie (12 doesn't handle lists correctly, see https://github.com/jgm/pandoc/issues/7172). This had a bunch of side effects, mostly word-wrapping the entire document and changing bullet lists from "*" to "-", but it beats trying to do this work by hand. I have, btw, tried to do this with mdformat, but it doesn't support enforcing reference links, see: https://github.com/executablebooks/mdformat/issues/420 I was previously doing this with an Emacs macro, but it was really error-prone and clunky, this is more reliable.
