We had to create a style because we can't just use a `.mdlrc` if we
want to customize some rule settings (e.g. for rule MD026).

Those are mostly tests to see if we can get something that satisfies
markdownlint.

Last bit missing is the Debian package build solution, which I somehow overlooked.
